what is this new hold on transaction bulls***!! I can see on a purcgase where you use it debit card as a credit card - some places don't submit payments for sales for a couple of days. but every **bleep** thing has a hold, ecven ebay payments for shipping./ i know how much mon ey is in my account, , but currently have a negative balance because of this nonsense. trying to get aresponse from pay pal people is like trying to teach a dog to whistle this started for me a few weeks ago - up until then i thought paypal was the greatest thing since pre-washed lettuce
