Well, I got stupid and decided to get a prepaid PayPal MyCash card in order to add money to my account. This is one month after my last post about issues using a GreenDot card to add funds (which I managed to use after having to contact customer help on the phone when this should be a simple user function NOT requiring customer assistance). So, yet again, one month later after finally getting help with a GreenDot money add and now using a PayPal MyCash card, I get the idiotic "Failure. We are sorry, but we couldn’t confirm your personal information so you can’t add funds at this time. Please go to Resolution Center." when I click on the Add money hyperlink on my MyAccount page. Of course, it directs me to the resolution center where there are NO unresolved issues. I then decided to follow the instructions in tiny print on the actual MyCash card which directed me to paypal.com/cash where there is NO easily recognizable "Add money"hyperlink to click on. Then again I just noticed that the website URL becomes https://www.paypal-cash.com/ when I go to www.paypal.com/cash as directed on the MyCash card. Why the two different URLs??? Adding funds to a PayPal acccount should be intuitive and not frustrating as PayPal has now managed to make it to be. Has ANYONE else tried adding funds to their account using a PayPal MyCash card?? If so, I'd love to know the process so would appreciate your sharing that info. Again, calling customer support to add funds to an account, especially when we're being told that the issue with the website is known to PayPal and now it's been months? That's unsat.
