Hello everyone. I purchased an HTC Evo phone on ebay. After several days I did not get a ship notice, so I contacted the seller. No response. Waited several more days and contacted the seller, no response. I opened up a paypal claim and after a day, received the phone. I checked the phone for operation and also checked the ESN with the carrier. Everything looked good, so I dropped the dispute. Several hours later, I tried to use the phone's camera. It is broken. Now what do I do?
