I tried emailing Paypal but got a automated email so i'm hoping a Paypal mod will help me. Hi, recently i bought a computer on ebay which was faulty so i asked the seller for a refund and they agreed. Last week my card was defrauded and my bank closed my account and they sent a new card for me. Today the seller issued a refund but as a paid with a debit card the money has gone back into the old account i think. I didn't want to give the seller my new credit card details incase the seller was the one who defrauded my account which i thought it might have been because the item was faulty (not saying the did). I thought when they refunded my money the money would have gone straight into my paypal account but it didn't. I've looked in my acount but no money has gone in, could it possibly go in, in a few days? Please put the money into my paypal account or my bank account if you can do something please Paypal. Can a Paypal mod or anyone please help me/give advice on how to get my money back as £92 is alot for me just to lose. Thank you very much Kind Regards, Tina Goulding.
