Yesterday I lost my wallet and need to cancel my paypal debit mastercard. I called customer service and heard the prerecorded messages on how to cancel the card using the website the only problem is under my profile where it should list the paypal debit mastercard its not there. I called customer service again to speak with an agent and she sent me another email but this time it was on how to apply for a debit mastercard. I am getting frustrated that something so simple as reporting my card lost and obtaining a replacement is so hard. Can anyone help me out? Thanks
