I made a post in another topic yesterday, which to summerise: I brought an item on ebay, which I tried to pay for but I would get the message "Sorry,we aren't able to complete your request at this time" error 10001, every time (which was six attempts). I checked my bank the following morning to find out that each of the six attepted payments had infact taken the payment for the item (£35) from my bank account each time. There is no record of any transactions goingthrough on paypal to this seller dispite my bank account showing that the 6 payments went though and then two of those payments where returned/refunded. On top of that the seller has not received the money. However, today I phoned Paypal and was told that my payment was being prevented for security reasons but was refusing to accept that any money was taken from my bank account by them, dispite the bank confiming that the money was taken by paypal and there where authorisation codes for each transaction. I'm at a loss what to do now, I'm overdrawn, Paypal are not being very helpfull here and I have no idea how to get this money back or to even pay for this item.
