i have just had a look again and it say that i have sent moneys to paypal from paypal ? i payed for an item and the payment was taken from my bank the seller refunded me the payment it shows as payment completed then says its been put on hold then under that it says that you have sent xyz amount GBP to paypal with paypal WHAT IS THIS PLEASE SOMEONE GIVE ME AN ANSWER
