Quite funny though how the echeck failed to clear, seller never got the payment yet your system didnt automaticaly send back the money, basicaly.. my 53$ just disappeared inside your system. So either someone can fix this and get the payment to the destined recipient OR Some one simply refunds me, even if its been 45 days. This kind of thing SHOULD NOT ever happen... Never had a problem paying with paypal before so i don't know what the problem is but money shouldn't be just disappear like that ... View more

Because he only replied on July 18th, saying they didn't get notified by paypal that the payment passed and he was going to look into it that he would ship my order right away...   I simply forgot that theres a 45 day limit, because i opened a dispute awhile ago but it instantly got closed due it being past 45 days, couldn't escalate to a claim.   Though this time, with the 3rd shirt (2nd order) i bought i opened a dispute, if he doesn't reply or its about to touch the 45 day deadline i'll escalate to a claim for that item. ... So, who else who has ever bought from either London1888 or Amityville Ink have not received their orders ?   Bought two shirts in June (10th) payment cleared on the 18th, waited two weeks and nothing, sent emails and only got a reply on July 18th.. Bought another shirt August 12th, insta-payment. Fastforward to now, still nothing.     People should file a complaint against his BigCartel shop page, so that this guy doesn't scam more people ... Actualy, when you file a claim or escalate it to a dispute the whole process can also apply to "received wrong item" as in "This is not what i **bleep**ing paid for, i want my **bleep** $$ back now!!!"   So just open a claim and then escalate it to a dispute and give them all available info about your payment, the item etc etc. they should be able to help ... Yep, made a transfer of 65$ CAD (Canadian here lol) on June 23rd (transfer said it should clear by July 6th) and it's July 2nd now.... so right now i'm still waiting for my **bleep**ing money to pop up so i can pre-order the **bleep** DUM SPIRO SPERO bundle @ The Omega Order....   i've got 30 days'ish left to preorder and i'm so **bleep** nervous atm that by the time i get my money and go back to check my order and to checkout it'll be probably out of stock because The Omega Order don't seem to put up info on if items (preorder items) are out of stock since they'd be all preordered (they'd probly only order up like 10 of each or w/e and stuff)   Anyways, i really hope paypal sorts its **bleep** out because this is **bleep**. ...
