I used multi-order shipping. As we were packing boxes we noticed a problem with an item and had to void the label and refund the customer. The scan page did not update (it wasn't printed until after the label was voided) and the post office did not think there was a problem when we explained why we were one short of the number of packages. However, today I received an auto email saying that my refund for that label was denied because the package was sent! Um...it's sitting right here with the voided label. Anyone have this happen and is it possible to straighten it out or can I look forward to getting **bleep**ed by paypal/usps?
