Today, I made a transaction with someone and was paid via paypal. 6 hours later, the transaction was disputed as an unauthorized transaction. From what I've read in the last hour, unauthorized claims are innately "impossible" for the victim to counter. I run a small online business to pay off student loans, and I really cannot afford to continuously get chargebacked for every odd transaction. Is there anyone who could provide me with some insight on how one is to deal with this? I've already submitte basic information such as chatlogs but I fear it won't be enough.
