I sold an item on eBay, which the person bought and I sent the item to them, they had received the item and the transaction went fine. Until about a month later i had a notification saying the buyer had issued a chargback, and the payment had been reversed. I uploaded proof of me giving the item to them and ever since haven't heard anything about the transaction (The charge back is issued 11 APRIL!!!!). I regularly receive emails saying resolve my negative balance, so I will lose my item AND lose my money? and someone gets an item for free - baring in mind the transaction is for £65! I want to know what is happening with my money!!!! At the moment someone else has my money and my item and I have lost both? I'm not going to willingly put any money into PayPal to resolve my negative balance until this 'Chargeback' is dealt with fairly!!!! Anyone help??? Thanks!
