I sold an item to a buyer and in my description it stated payment as due in 3 days from end of auction. I never heard anything from buyer so on day 8 or 9 I relisted item and got a bid on it...Then First buyer pays for it on 10th day. I told her I was sorry But I didnt hear anything so I relisted it and the item had a bid so I could not help her . I refunded her money and paypal charged me a reversal fee. THEN....today again she pays for item. I have made it clear in my messages?? What is up with her??? Now I am thinking I need to refund her all but what paypal charged me. What do you all think??
