I am unable to send through paypal because of my limits, however I answered all questions required of me to lift my limits and it still won't do so. It says I have to answer the questions below to complete it but I have already done so and it's all green ticks with no further questions to answer. I am verified and haven't changed ny bank accout or debit card This is getting rather frustrating because I can't buy things on ebay now that have to be paid through paypal.
