The problem is I tried working it out with the seller, they kept on referring me to the shipper which has no contact number or web page and the usps says the package is not insured.  I went forward with paypal and they closed it in favor of the shipper.   I asked the shipper why they didn't have insurance on it.  And paypal doesn't really have a way to ask them questions...  Not happy with any of these companies right now... ... I used paypal to buy an item, which took 20 day's to finally show up.  The problem is that the post office lost it at the box, put my key in the wrong box.   The seller didn't put insurance on the package, how do I get money back,  I thought paypal provided protection, but they don't guarantee anything any more, if it was fed ex or another company.  I wish some of these company's be honest and tell you that it will take 20 days because they will ship it from china....  I ended up ordering it from amazon, made in the usa for a lower price.   The seller tells me to contact the shipper but the main shipper has no contact information and the usps says no insurance on it... ... Well it is past 48 hours.  The post office mailed the letter letting me know what was going on.  I was out of town, so that means I have to take a shaft?  Who do I complain to next??   ... View more

I have a package that the post office didn't like, I had to repackage it.  They said that you should get  a refund.  I am getting ready to repackage it for them and need to print out a new label for the customer.  I tried using the chat but it is down. Thanks.   ... View more
