I completely agree PayPal **bleep** EGGS.  I just sold an item for nearly $200.00. It shows the buyer sent the funds but PayPal has decided to keep the funds tied up for 21 days. I can't even ship the item through PayPal because they have my funds tied up. I had to use my personal UPS account to send the item. Can I make a suggestion.... it would be nice if PayPal would post or email users when changes are being made that will affect the Security Key operation. This would prevent alot of baldness caused by everyone prematurely pulling out their hair trying to figure out whether there is a problem with their accounts-- or just another PayPal glitch.     This same thing occured in the past I recall-- with no warning.  ...
