I purchased tickets for the Foo Fighters concert on the 3rd July in Milton Keynes from ebay in December and the tickets should have been received 10 days before the concert, I have no tickets but have paid out £133.50. Paypal disputes have to be lodged within 45 days but the tickets werent due till 6 months after I paid for them. What do I do ? Is it my problem and do I quickly need to purchase 2 more tickets? The seller is no longer registered on ebay and I have tried sending emails but with no answer.
