Let's keep this simple.   Paypal_Olivia,   I have read through the 11 pages of this thread and I am in the same situation as they all are. My Paypal Extras Mastercard number was stolen and used online. I called as soon as I knew about it and notified Paypal. Since then, I have received a new card but I no longer have access to my Paypal Extras Mastercard on the website.   I have the aforementioned "linking issue". I have contacted the Paypal Credit Service Center and they were no help. They gave me the run-around until they eventually promised it would be fixed in a few days. It was not.   Before I flip out with ALL-CAPS and exclamation marks, contact friends at widely-read blogs, threaten a lawsuit, or start hunting for personal information on Paypal employees to contact them more directly, would you please let the necessary people know so that my account might be re-linked in the shortest amount of time?    I am a young person who travels a lot and I've never actually payed a Paypal bill anywhere else than online.
