This is a bit complicated so I hope I make sense! After winning the auction the seller messed me around by saying that she was having problems getting payments through on her paypal account. Finally after paying, she sent the item, only to send it to the wrong address. The parcel was then redirected back to the seller. The seller is now asking for extra postage costs to send to my current address. Both addresses were on my paypal details - the old one had 'home' next to it and the current one had 'confirmed' next to it. Is it her responsibility to choose the address that has confirmed next to it? If it is her responsibility then should she be liable to pay for the extra postage as she is at fault? I have been using my current address for over two years of ebay transactions and none of the other sellers sent to the wrong address, so why did she?
