For what its worth:  I received my suspicious PayPal Enhanced Account Statement email on 5/5 and it contained a total of NINE (9) links to to URL starting with "https://email-edg.paypal.com/r/ - - - -/ - - - - - - /- - - - - - /- - - -", all of which are now defunct.   Those URLs are certainly NOT in the standard PayPal format we mortal customers are used to seeing and using and should make anyone suspicious!  The body of the email is exactly the same as PayPal moderator Frank's 5/13 example, but with the other 7 links above and below it (were they conveniently left out of the example??).  If this is in fact a valid PayPal email (I would appreciate an answer), I sure hope the author is embarrassed, attending basic email security classes or no longer employed. ...
