I recently sold some tickets for an event that was on Sunday 12th June. I posted the tickets 6 days before the event using special delivery. However now the event has passed, the buyer is telling me they didn't receive the tickets. I looked on the royal mail website and it says the buyer was not in when they attempted to deliver the item and that they left a while you were out card. However the buyer is adamant no card was left and have opened a dispute causing me to have a negative balance in my paypal account. I can see their fustration however I do not think it is my responsibility to refund the item as I did everything that I should of in order for the tickets to be delivered on time. What can I do now in order to solve this?
