hi to everyone i cant verify my new ebay and paypal together as paypal is saying my bank details are verified to another paypal. i dont use my old ebay or paypal anymore as i have opened 2 new ones. i dont know my old email anymore and have tried to do everything possible to solve this matter. plz help
