I decided to add money to my paypal using moneypak, I went to walmart and got 50$ on it. Got home and went to moneypak.com and click add funds to paypal. I went through and got 50$ on my paypal? My sending limit is still 0$ and I cannot use it. It wants me to add a credit card! I am not eligible to get one? Any help?
