I took the survey when I received the e-mail. The 1st page of the survey site said it would take about 20 minutes to complete it. The first question then was my age group, giving several ranges and an 'I ain't gonna tell' selection. I responded by selecting my age group and clicked "next". The next page said the survey was complete! I'll admit that I had to take my shoes and socks off (and borrow a couple of other folks feet) to calculate my age, but it took nowhere near 20 minutes to do that. Okay, so maybe I was outside of the desired demographic age group whose opinions they are seeking, so there was no need to pose further queries, but how come people my age don't count toward Paypal finding out our my opinions of their service and what might be improved? Hmmmm?
