I am so upset with the way people can be crooks and liars and PayPal allows this type of buyer. Quick synopsis: I posted a 14k/sterling bracelet with 3 blue topaz stones. I took numerous pictures and described the item. It took several emails to finally get the buyer to pay. I shipped immediately. The buyer returned the item the same day, and filed a dispute with Paypal saying that the item was "significantly different than discribed" (note: this person obviously knew that was all they had to do to get their money). It was exactly as described. I explained all this to Paypal and ask that they view the pictures. I sell personal, family items. I am not a proffessional photographer either. I take pictures just like the average "Joe". PayPal agreed with the buyer ????? How can they do that when they never saw the bracelet. I did take additional pictures and sent those to PayPal. How can they do this legally???? With no reasoning as to why they think that buyer was honest. This person should not be allowed to purchase on Ebay!!! Thanks for letting me vent!! Can I file a claim against this person now?
