What I did a few weeks ago was call Paypal and then I let them know I am having problems with Bill Me Later. You'll be surprised how quickly they'd want to transfer you to Bill Me Later. Bill Me Later didn't have problems sending me back to Paypal because all they have to say is "You have to pay your bill." Back to Paypal, they can quickly take Bill Me Later off as a payment option and they told me they can completely unlink Bill Me Later from my account, which they did. A couple of logins later Bill Me Later is back as a payment option, I guess after I sent in a payment to my Bill Me Later account. However it's never my primary payment source now.
