Yes it's a scam. First off the man is giving you an address in Nigeria! That's not the UK! He wanted your name and information so they can try and milk money out of your accounts. Or try to lure you intro accepting money that is bogus or stolen. All in exchange for you sending them the cash as they need it. In the long run you get left with the debt and the arrest. Time to change all your information. Or at least keep your eyes open on your accounts. Best of Luck!
