I've tried to confirm my email address so i can receive the money that has been sent to me. I've pressed the link on the email but every time it says that the number is not recognised for my account - i've tried typing it in manually and copying and pasting - all to no avail. I've asked twice now for a new confirmation email to be sent and still nothing has arrived! I don't know what to do, my money is sat in limbo somewhere!!!
