I purchased an item in installments but it wasn't as described and I had to fight for a refund. Two of the three installments were refunded AND I was told by an agent to go ahead and send the item back despite the last claim not being decided yet. BAD ADVICE and PAYPAL IS NOT STANDING BY THEIR WORD!!! The item is back with the dishonorable seller and PayPal refuses to give me my money back!! This is increadible. BYE PAYPAL!
