I am just home from work and have found an email saying that my A&L bank account has been removed after 2 years of being confirmed, the email said that the bank had refused them money and not to contact paypay but the bank. I checked my A&L account and all due payments had gone to Paypal in full. I phoned Paypal and spoke to an arrogant woman telling me to change te name of the bank to Santander and to get onto my bank again for a new sort code. I am really confused because if they needed a new sort code and a new name for the bank to access my account, how did they manage to first get all the money that was due to them before removing the account?
