Accidentally purchased sunglasses through a convincingly crafted website. Once I ordered them and shipping info was sent from China I strongly suspected they would be counterfeit. Once they were delivered I quickly figured out that they were indeed counterfeit. Created a claim in the resolution center and seller wants me to ship them back to China. Federal law prohibits trafficking counterfeit goods. Paypal chat told me to ship, which means they told me to break the law. In fact, I can't get a refund until I provide shipping info and the seller is in receipt of the item. I just want my money back and for no one else to get duped like me. Frustrated with the process and Paypal's response...anyone else have this issue?
