After an ebay buyer placed a claim due to "item broken" and never provided any detail, this morning paypal greeted me with a message "We're sorry, but we're unable to show all of your cases at this time. Try narrowing your search or searching by a case ID." All communication and detail has disappeared.. Any ideas what to do? I posted several messages to the buyer, no reply. Sent message via ebay, no reply. Paypal has no details about the claim on an option to escalate, however my funds are still on hold. Thanks!
