Right! Mine shows where the seller refunded to paypal. Paypal put a hold on it. (I Paid with debit) Then shows the hold lifted, says refunded....to whom? This has been over a month ago and Not have a way to contact them? ... View more

It seems this is an all to often problem. There has to be some one some where to take care of this! Almost makes you feel if you rock the boat to much they will take away your oars!! I am having the same issues. I purchased an item and paid for it thru paypal. The seller found the item was damaged before shipping and I received a refund email. My account shows the refund, that it was on hold, then the hold was removed. I have never received the refund and am flustrated that I can't reach anyone about this!   There must be someway for us to resolve these issues. It has been a month so it's not a question of waiting.
