As was stated in the title. I shipped to Japan, buyer said they didn't receive the item. I re-shipped (the same items a second time) but this time kept the post office receipt as well as the customs declaration and uploaded them to paypal. Buyer then leaves feedback on ebay saying they received the items and I got an email this morning saying paypal sided in their favor and reversed the payment. What kind of crap is that? I sent the items twice, had the payment pending in my account for a month, and after the buyer concedes that they got the item paypal still sides with them. I tried to go to appeal but the only option it gives me is to upload a tracking number. Why??????? The item has been delivered and the buyer acknowledged that. What recourse do I have?
