I have been having the same problem for 3 days. I called - amazingly someone answered this time - and said it was a website problem. I asked "Does that mean that no one can use paypal now?" and she said yes which I don't believe. I swear to God paypal is a **bleep**ING PAIN IN THE **bleep** and always has been. If there was any other way to pay for stuff on EBAY I would use it in a second over goddam Paypal. I hate paypal pretty much more than I have ever hated anything. If anyone ever comes up with an alternative for ebay, I, and probably millions of other people will be there in a second.
