I purchased a pair of boots from a seller that is saying they are authentic Ugg boots - I emailed the seller prior to purchase and asked if they were authentic and they replied 100%, nowhere on the website does it state that they are coming from China. Once I ordered them the tracking info came from China (lightbuld #1!) The website also indicated it would take 4-10 days for delivery (it has been 15!!) they are still in customs in China. I have emailed the seller 2 xs and they answered but not to the question I had asked, obviously these are not real uggs and I just want a refund - is there anythin I can do???
