My account is withholding funds and I am just wondering if I sell something that has $10 shipping if that shipping is going to be held along with the cost of the item? Thanks.

My package says Your item was processed through and left our facilty on November 24, 2010. It says expected deilvery date nov 25 but that is thanksgiving, any idea if I will actually recieve it on thanksgiving or the next day? Thank you.

I have to send an item back to a seller since the item malfunctioned and was wondering, does paypal refund you when you put in the tracking number right away or do they wait till the item gets to the seller? Any idea how long it will take to get the refund? Thanks.

reason I was concerned is I googled shipping to unconfirmed address and found a bunch of stories of people sending to a unconforimed address and the buyer reversing the charge and paypal won't protect the seller if the item is sent to a unconfirmed address.

If I sell to a buyer whos address is unconfirmed and send with shipping, will I be protected in case they try to claim the item never arrived or something along the lines of that?

I clearly didn't receive what I paid for and the seller insist he sent the correct Item. What should I do to prove I didn't get the correct item?

I have added a bank account and visa debit card to my account and I am verified, just wondering how I can choose to use my debit card over bank transfers. I am going to be doing a purchase off ebay and I don't want to get ripped, so in case I need to I want to be able to do a chargeback with my visa debit card, which I read was one of the only debit cards that can. Thanks.

If I make a purchase for an item (baseball card) on a forum, am I as the buyer still protected if he doesn't send or sends me something different from what we agree upon? Also, what method should I use to send money, thanks its my first time using paypal outside of ebay.
