I'm sorry if this reply is a bit too late... DO NOT under any circumstances use Bill Me Later. They offer absolutely no protection for you whatsoever unlike a traditional credit card. If there is something wrong with your trasnaction, you are completely on your own trying to recover your money. Filing disputes with them is completely useless, since they will just forward your complaint to the merchant and forward you their response. Anything is better than this service, literally anything.
