I paid for an item that i had seen on overstock through a private seller. I paid for the item becuase not all their transactions are linked to overstocks.com website. I then went to leave a feeback and notice that his account was disabled. I then searched for him using google websearch using his e-mail and found that he had listed two simulatneous auction for the same item. MY worry became apparant and i e-mailed using another e-mail account and asked about the item and his response was that it was still for sale even after i just apid 10 min prior. Well anyways filled out a dispute and the funds are on hold.Pay pal said that if he does send me anything the funds will be released to him. So should i just not accept the package (it could be anything as it was not an e-bay purchase) and hope the package is shipped back to him.
