When I try to print a shipping label, PayPal displays this message: "PayPal Shipping is not available. We apologize for the inconvenience." This is absurd -- we are trying to run a business and this is unacceptable. I called at 7:30a CST and they said it would be up and running in a few hours. It is now 1:44p CST. This is pathetic.
