I have exactly the same problem with the fax number not being a fax number so I can't send the information to reinstate my account (which shouldn't have bben deleted in the first place). Why you can't publish a correct fax number here is beyond me. However I would appreciate it if you could supply same, as you have my money and I would like to have access to it.
