I am in the process of buying a used car from a guy in Florida. He and I have talked on the phone several times and we are writing up a Sales Contract. I was going to send him money using Paypal, but he won't accept that because of Paypal's DSeller protection that lets scammers do things like claim they never got the package, or it was not as advertized, and then returnnothing or junk, or whatever. There are times that as the buyer, I am willing to just send the money on trust and/or (as in this case) I have set up an external contract with the seller to protect us and all I want to do is send the money easily and today. A simple way to select to NOT HAVE ANY RECOURSE would be a great option for those times and would bring some of the people that currently won't use Paypal back.
