I sell a few items on my website and I do not want to ship to anyone outside of the contintental United States. I went into my shipping preferences and set up domestic shipping and added all 48 states. However, If someone from Hawaii or Alaska try to purchase the item it simply does not charge them for shipping. I assume people from other countries can do this as well. I do not want to have to keep refunding people money because I won't ship to them. How can I disallow people from purchasing from my website through paypal? Thanks
