I used one of the on line help forms (sorry, don't remember which one) and asked if there was a way to require a phone number from my customers. I explained to them that I shipped via FedEx and was required to include the phone number on the bill of laden. I did not hear back from PayPal but the next payment I received, and every one since, included a phone number in the emailed "payment notification". I still can not find the phone number on the website but it comes in the emails. Hope this helps, Tim
