I moved from uk to OZ years ago and have only just tried to change my paypal account today. I have been told that I have to close my UK account to make a new Oz account. Big problem. Each time I try and close it says it want to send a security code to me by phone. Problem is is that I no longer have any of those phone numbers and I cant change it to an Oz phone number cause its says it is an invalid number. And the only number to call them on is an international number. I am going crazy!!!! Please help
