so i'm a bit of a noob with paypal, just starting out, and i wasnt exactly sure how to set up my debit card and all that jazz, so i just tried to transfer some money from my bank account to paypal, and i thought it would be within maybe a day at max, but it says its going to take till September 21st, and i dont want to wait that long since i already hooked up my debit card to it so i was wondering if there was some sort of way to cancel the transfer that is being processed atm
