Looks like my email has been misused to make a paypal account that doesn't even belong to me, i want to close this account for good and make a fresh on using my same email address, the problem is i live in the UK, while someone already registered using my email address years ago to make an account, i recovered the password but the problem is i cant' shut it down because someone has mistakenly sent me some money in this account which i cannot withdraw or refund. How do i get paypal to either keep that money, return it to sender and close this account so taht i can make a new one with my own bank account and verfication. Thanks
