I am right there with you. I understand that PayPal really doesn' t know me yet. but I've been around since 2004. I've been buying but this was my first sale, that I would understand, NEW Seller, New policy. When i heard they were holding funds on even existing customers who HAVE been selling and have been with them for years with GREAT feedback, I was livid. I never signed or agreed that my item could sit in someone's hands, be used and then get my money for it. NOWHERE did it say, before you sell this item there will be a hold on the shipping fees and funds, When i called PayPal they told me that they would release the funds with either a positive feedback or when the shipment arrives. Well the shipment arrived, and the tracking number they have, but still no funds are available. NOT RIGHT that they HOLD your money and don't release it until they feel like it. So we pay three times to sell one item, Pay for shipping, (although customer did), Pay for fees for selling, then pay for being a 'bleepin" customer!!!
