I won a Halloween costume for my daughter and paid for it the next day using my Paypal acct that is directly linked to my bank acct. I received an email the day after I paid that they were out of stock and would like to terminate my order. I checked my bank acct and the funds were already pending so I refused the termination of my order. I contacted them again and they said they refunded me, but where is it? Now I have no costume and no money! Did I mess up when I didn't accept their termination of my order? Ebay said not to until I received my refund. Now what do I do?
