I have recently had 2 cases open on ebay which I offered a refund to. I am trying to refund one buyer but the second buyer has been particularly arsey and is demanding a refund before I have received the item she is returning. I refused to do this and she has since opened a paypal case, which is stopping me from refunding the first person on ebay. I am absolutely livid about this as this is totally an ebay case which I have offered to refund the woman on anyway when she returns the item! If someone would lift the limit as soon as possible it would be appreciated.
