I've called Paypal's number a couple times and the customer service people only start reading the Paypal website to me, which doesn't answer this question. Is USPS Express the only USPS option? Registered with Return Receipt states it provides "Get proof of delivery with International Return Receipt service. " But will Paypal accept it? Are there FedEx or UPS options, also? Thanks for any help.
